Since joining Strategic Offsites, Abby has had the opportunity to work with clients in a variety of industries, including wholesale distribution, financial services, and power transmission. 

In addition to her primary focus on the preparation and facilitation of strategy workshops, Abby manages the content development pipeline for SOG’s thought leadership, coordinates the tracking of our strategic priorities, and works with the Managing Partner, Cary Greene, to cultivate a positive company culture. 

Prior to joining SOG, Abby developed her professional and interpersonal skillsets as an Executive Assistant at SMS Talent Agency, a grader at the Graide Network, and a range of customer-facing positions held during and after college. She was drawn to Strategic Offsites because of her intellectual curiosity, a love of client-facing work, and the range of roles and responsibilities available within a small firm. 

Abby graduated in the spring of 2018 from Vanderbilt University with a BA in English.
